Construction of the 1.6 MGD WWTP Expansion including treatment structure with mechanical screening and grit removal, retrofit of Plant "A" to a surge tank, two BNR process units with clarifiers, san filters, and chlorine contract tanks, retrofit of Plant "B" to an aerobic digester, effluent pump station, in-plant lift station, administration building adjunct, operations building, emergency generator, and provision, installation and constructions of all specified yard improvements, appurtenances and other work specified or inferred.
