WPC’s Planning Department has over 35 years of experience in completing our projects on time and on budget.  The Planning Department begins with creating the architecture or plan for each construction project utilizing various construction planning software; such as, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and others.  In addition to construction schedule development, the Planning Department is responsible for the following:

• Buying out the job
• Issuing Purchase Orders & Subcontracts
• Submittal preparation and submission for engineering approval
• Delivery coordination with field personnel
• Close-out documentation; such as, Operations and Maintenance Manuals
